**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Liaison Executive to manage day to day relationship with government and other entities/authorities, to handle various types of proposals for obtaining necessary approvals, NOC’s etc. and perform a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the company’s point of contact in terms of liaison with government departments, municipalities, panchayats and similar authorities. Duties include but not restricted to the list if responsibilities below, and you should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, minimising delays and efficiently supporting business operations. This role may require working in long/odd hours, so flexibility is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Must have good knowledge of rules and regulation with regards to construction licensing etc. have experience in filing submissions, and proposals to obtain necessary approvals and NOC’s from relevant government authorities.
- Coordinate activities between internal and external stake holders
- Work closely with architects, designers and project managers to understand technical documentation, form-filling in order to professionally submit paperwork and secure approvals.
- Liaising with all government departments, local, municipalities, panchayats, other authorities within Goa. Ensure proper submission of all relevant documents and follow-up with the various government/regulatory departments.
- Dealing with local authorities, securing approvals from Mamlatdar, Collectorate, Settlement and Land record, Archives & Archelogy Department, Town & Country Planning Department, Forest Department, Sub registrar, Tourism Department, Fire Department, Pollution Department, Labour Department, Horticulture Department, Mining Department, Municipality, and all relevant authorities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Graduate degree (any); additional certification in relevant field is a plus.
- Must have 3-4 years’ experience in Goa, liaising with legal, real estate or revenue departments.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred with corresponding years of acquiring permits for business licenses etc.
- Good communications skills.
- Languages proficiency (written & spoken) in English, Konkani (MUST) & Hindi.
- Good knowledge of legal affairs, rules and regulations in Goa a must.
- Proven work experience with government/public entities in Goa, maintaining all documentation, obtaining permits including yearly renewals of all permits necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance. Must be resourceful & proactive, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service attitude
**Working Hours**:09:00AM to 06:00PM (Monday to Saturday).
**Location**:Panaji and/or Margao, Goa (includes travel to all Goa). Must be prepared to sometimes travel out of Goa)
