**Roles and responsibilities**:
- **ERP Management**:
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees while using the ERP system, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues, offering timely solutions and coordinating with the ERP vendor for system updates and issue resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance employees' familiarity and comfort with the ERP system.
- **Vendor Liaison**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the ERP vendor to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with external networking vendors to ensure uninterrupted network services and resolve any issues promptly.
- **IT Asset Management**:
- Oversee the organization's IT assets and track and manage software license renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements.
- **Technical Support**:
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues within the organization, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries related to IT and ERP systems.
- **IT Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and vendor communications.
- Document IT processes and solutions to support operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Awareness of ERP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing IT assets and coordinating with vendors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
