Digital Sales Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales teams, to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads are a plus.
