As a Creative Associate, you will play a key role in bringing our brand’s vision to life through innovative and captivating designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in the creation of eye-catching and effective displays across all floors of the store to enhance the shopping experience and highlight key products.
- **Graphic Design**: Design promotional materials, in-store banners, digital content, and social media graphics that align with Style PLUS’s branding and promotional campaigns.
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, including contests, product launches, and seasonal events.
- **Branding**: Ensure all creative outputs are in line with Style PLUS’s branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and polished look across all touchpoints.
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture high-quality images and videos of new products, events, and in-store experiences for promotional use.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, including the cosmetics, gourmet, and stationery sections, to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to keep our creative approach fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a creative or design role, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for design, colour, and composition, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and vendors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
