**Job description**
- Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
- Plan, organize and execute events for lead generation and managing customer relationship.
- Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media
- Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative solutions
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting on performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain brand budgets.
- Collaborate with the Sales & marketing team to generate and qualify leads, and to develop sales collateral and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience as a brand & communication or product management or similar role, preferably in the Chat/messaging industry.
- Exceptional verbal & report presentation abilities

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
