**Education**:BE/ B Tech /B,sc or M,sc in Agri, Chemistry, BBA & MBA in Marketing Specialization

**Experience**: 0-2 Years of relevant experience

**Gender**:

- Male

**Age**:

- 25-35 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Daily reporting to project manager
- Awareness of project among the targeted area
- Looking after the advertising and promotional activities of our project in targeted area
- Constant focus on Market development
- Promooting Urja Fertilizers among the farmers and market
- Collection of farmer data and keeping the same up to date
- Study of crop data (cropping pattern) of targeted area
- Utilization of above data (crop and farmer data) in a way to achieve sales of product
- Daily field visits, result demonstration, method demonstration and technical guidance to farmers and keeping the record up to date of the Same
- To identify progressive farmers and farmer’s group and keeping constant contact and follow up with them
- Identifying, organising and utilizing the resources necessary for the advertising & awareness of our products
- Organising awareness meeting among the farmers and in a potential area
- Targeting and reaching the particular area for new development
- Effective stakeholder’s management
- Monitor overall operations of contract farming

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PUNE, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
