**Sales Executive - SAAS Cloud Communications / Call Centre Software / Telecom / SMS / Whatsapp Location: Chennai, India Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in cloud communications, telecom, or SaaS Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our cloud communication solutions (VoIP, messaging platforms, contact centers, APIs, etc.). Solution Selling: Understand clients' communication challenges and provide customized solutions that address their business needs using our cloud technologies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through new customer acquisition and account growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to develop strategies that align with customer needs. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback using CRM systems. Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction post-sale.**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
