**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and onboard new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and market conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
