**Job Summary**:
The Head of Recruitment is responsible for leading the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves overseeing recruitment teams, optimizing hiring practices, and aligning recruitment goals with overall business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring performance, development, and motivation.
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational hiring policies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners.
- Analyze market trends
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
