**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with leads through calls and online platforms to understand their education needs.
- Counsel students and parents about UG/PG programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
- Convert potential leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits and addressing queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and enrollment data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in academic counseling, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using basic CRM or sales tools is a plus.
- **Graduation is mandatory.**
