Job Description: Academic Counselor

Location: Noida Sector 2

Company: Samyak IT Solutions Private Limited

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 10.5 hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with breaks)

Key Responsibilities: Career Guidance:
Offer career counseling to students on job prospects, placement assistance, and opportunities after course completion.

Maintain updated knowledge of the IT industry trends to offer relevant advice.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, course enrollments, and feedback.

Coordinate with the training and placement team to assist students in their job search.

Marketing and Outreach:
Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other events to promote courses.

Build relationships with educational institutions and organizations to attract potential students.

**Required Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical courses clearly.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic software tools.

Experience in counseling or sales, especially in the education or IT sector, is preferred.
