**Job Overview**:
The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases within the organization. This role ensures the availability, performance, security, and integrity of data across various database systems, while supporting the development and operational needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Management**: Install, configure, and maintain databases (such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- **Performance Tuning**: Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues related to slow queries, memory, CPU, disk usage, etc.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Plan, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure data recovery processes are quick and efficient in case of system failures.
- **Security**: Implement and enforce database security policies, such as user access control, encryption, and data masking, to protect sensitive information.
- **Data Integrity**: Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability by setting up and monitoring integrity checks.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, corruption, or downtime.
- **Automation**: Automate routine database maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, and monitoring.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with development teams to optimize SQL queries and resolve database-related issues.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation on database configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- **Compliance**: Ensure database operations comply with organizational policies and legal requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc

Pay: ₹15,052.91 - ₹23,748.48 per month
