**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (DBMS) software.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Backup and restore databases to prevent data loss and ensure disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Perform database capacity planning and scalability assessments.
- Stay updated on the latest database technologies and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of database architecture, including normalization, indexing, and data modeling.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
