**Experience**: 1-4 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, monitor, and maintain Postgres databases.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
- Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor database health and ensure high availability.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Maintain data security, integrity, and compliance.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **Postgres database administration**.
- Proficiency in **SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures**.
- Experience with **database performance tuning and optimization**.
- Understanding of **backup and recovery processes**.
- Basic knowledge of **Linux/Unix commands** (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a DBA (Postgres).
