**Responsibilities**:

- Manage FMCG sales within the assigned area and foster strong relationships with distributors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure punctual submission of reports.
- Organize and execute sampling initiatives to promote products and expand market reach.
- Identify and appoint new distributors to enhance distribution network.
- Forecast sales trends and collaborate closely with superiors and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sales.
- Proficient in handling distributor relationships in the FMCG sector.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Ability to adhere to reporting deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Prior involvement in sampling activities and distributor appointments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
