Fluent Fast Academy is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Education Counselor** to join our team in Green Park, South Delhi. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handling Inquiries**:

- Address walk-in inquiries at the academy and provide comprehensive details about our courses and offerings.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while assisting prospective students and parents.
- **Sharing Course Details**:

- Update prospects on available batches, promotions, and offers.
- **Attending Calls from Prospects**:

- Answer and manage incoming calls from potential students, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely enrollments.
- **Arranging Batches**:

- Coordinate with the teaching team to schedule new batches based on demand and availability.
- Communicate batch details to enrolled students and ensure smooth batch commencement.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and feedback using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Provide regular updates to the management on leads and enrollment status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Communication preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in counseling, sales, or education services is an advantage.
