**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Consultation**: Advise prospective students on course offerings, language levels, and learning pathways, ensuring they select the program that best suits their needs and goals.
- **Enrollment Assistance**: Support students throughout the enrollment process, including registration, payment processes, and course scheduling.
- **Student Retention**: Build strong relationships with students to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- **Course Recommendations**: Help students navigate language learning challenges and recommend supplementary materials or resources to improve their language proficiency.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from students to improve course offerings, customer service, and the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. A background in language education is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, customer service, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- Ability to provide clear and concise information to potential students.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Passion for language learning and education.
- Familiarity with the cultural aspects of the languages taught (Spanish, French, Italian, German).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in educational counseling or teaching a foreign language is a bonus.
