Job Opportunity: Education Counselor - MBA/PGDM Programs

Position: Education Counselor - MBA/PGDM Programs

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

**Responsibilities**:
Understand the academic and career goals of each student and provide personalized counseling on suitable MBA/PGDM programs.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of MBA/PGDM programs and colleges to offer accurate information and recommendations.

Address student inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the counseling process.

Build and maintain a database of relevant information about different colleges, courses, and program offerings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience as an Education Counselor, preferably with a focus on MBA/PGDM programs.

Strong knowledge of various MBA/PGDM programs, colleges, specializations, and industry trends.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Empathetic and approachable demeanor, with the ability to understand and address student concerns.

Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing accurate information and guidance.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
