**Job Title: Chinese to Hindi Video Translator (SRT Format Delivery)**
**Location**: Remote
**Type**: Freelance / Project-Based
**Industry**: Media & Entertainment | Subtitling & Translation | Localization

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate Chinese video content (dramas, interviews, entertainment, documentaries, etc.) into natural and fluent Hindi.
- Create and sync subtitles in **SRT format**, ensuring timecodes are precise.
- Maintain the tone, emotion, and context of the original content.
- Proofread and quality-check your own translations before submission.
- Deliver within deadlines and respond promptly to feedback or corrections.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Chinese (Mandarin)** and **Hindi** (both written and spoken).
- Experience in **subtitling or video translation** (sample work must be provided).
- Ability to work with subtitle tools (e.g., Aegisub, Subtitle Edit, or online platforms).
- Understanding of **SRT formatting** (timing, line length, readability).
- Good attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Familiarity with storytelling and tone of Chinese dramas or media content.
- English proficiency (for internal communication or triple-layer translations).
- Experience in translating idioms, jokes, or cultural references accurately.
