**Skill Sets requirements**
- Must have 4 -5 years of relevant experience of Store Incharge in any manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Inventory management, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch.
- Preparation Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note through ERP Software/ with MS excel spread sheet.
- Executing all Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.
- Maintain store stock register and Asset’s stock register on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
- Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
- Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
- Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
- Ensure completion of store operational requirements.
- Monitoring slow and non-moving stock and taking proper action.
- Responsible for accurate and timely management of store operations.
- Liaising with Statutory & Internal Auditors
- Timely submission of Reports.
- Maintaining 5S and FIFO in all the areas.
- Graduation in any stream, Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Tally ERP 9.0 is an added advantage
- Raw material planning and subcontracting.
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 is advantageous.
