Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Store Incharge to manage day-to-day retail store operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Implement visual merchandising and ensure store displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track sales and performance metrics and report to higher management regularly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Prevent stock loss through regular audits and loss prevention practices.
  • Plan duty rosters and manage staff scheduling efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
