**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Salary range**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

**Education**: Bachelor's degree

**Experience**: 1 - 4 years in the retail sector

**Job Type**: Full-time, 6-day week

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit aquarium stores in Hyderabad to pitch and promote " Aqua vitals" products.
- Onboard new stores by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
- Utilize various sources such as the web, Google Maps, and Just Dial to source potential leads.
- Cover all aquarium stores in the city to ensure a comprehensive market presence.
- Travel to Bangalore for expanding our reach and onboarding new stores in the region.
- Utilize online platforms and databases to identify potential leads.
- Strategically source leads through web research and other relevant sources.
- Travel to assigned areas, including Bangalore, to meet potential clients and onboard new stores.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with the aquarium and pet industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and Bangalore, with potential to travel to other metro cities in the future.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
