
Area Sales Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Represents the company for the sale of machinery to dealer / customers in a defined sales area.
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
- Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
- Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
- Monitors trends in Dealer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
- Increase sales volume by searching and appoint new distributor and dealer.
- Design and implement sales strategy to align with business goals.
- Perform research on current market trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain industry awareness regarding technical developments via networking, personal development and training.
- Regular report of Sales status on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually basis
**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years Agri-equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
