Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Indore / Bhopal - Madhya Pradesh
Salary: Rs. 35,000 PM to Rs. 45,000 PM + Travelling & Daily Allowance
Experience: 7+ years in FMCG sales

Job Responsibilities:
- Distribution Network Development: Appoint distributors and grow the retail network.
- Sales Target Management: Meet and exceed sales targets in your region.
- Market Visits: Regularly visit wholesalers, distributors, and dealers to promote the products and foster strong relationships.
- Product Promotion: Drive the introduction of new products and seasonal promotions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a small team of 2-3 sales officers.
- Order Management: Ensure orders are recorded and communicated promptly to the sales office.
Skills Required:
- Lead Generation

- Strong Leadership
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Experience in Distributor Sales, Dealer Sales, Retail Channel Sales, and General Trade
- Familiarity with Home Decor Sales and FMCG products
Education: Graduate with strong verbal communication skills
