Admission Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Counseling**:

- Educate patients on the financial aspects of surgical packages, stay duration, additional charges, and insurance coverage.
- Provide clear explanations of costs, payment options, and any required documentation.

2. **Treatment Coordination**:

- Collaborate with medical specialists, nursing staff, and front desk team to coordinate treatment plans and patient scheduling.
- Ensure patients understand the treatment process and are prepared for their procedures.

3. **Billing Support**:

- Liaise with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and proper documentation.
- Address patient inquiries related to bills, insurance claims, and payment plans.

4. **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather patient feedback and reviews on their experiences to identify areas for improvement.
- Address patient concerns and suggestions with empathy and professionalism.

5. **Patient Advocacy**:

- Serve as a liaison between patients and hospital departments to address any issues or needs that arise.
- Advocate for patients' best interests and ensure they receive quality care.

6. **Ethical Practice**:

- Maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and uphold hospital policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum [2] years of experience in patient counseling, financial assistance, or customer service in a hospital environment setting. **Previous NABH work experience preferred.**

- **Skill**: Proficient in financial counseling, treatment coordination, and patient advocacy.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance regulations, and healthcare customer service.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
