Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls ,follow up on inquiry and database.
- Scheduling meeting with counsellors (Virtual or Personal).
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
- Converting inquiries into admissions.
- Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills
- Research and record-keeping skills
- Verbal communication
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues of students.

**Salary**: ₹9,917.52 - ₹30,583.08 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
