**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor
**Timings: 8 am to 5 pm**
**Location**: Paathshala Kindergarten, Zirakpur
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 2+ years in admission counselling/ administration/receptionist roles (preferably in education sector)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Admission Counselling**
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

**2. Administration & Operations**
- Oversee critical administrative functions, including data entry, record keeping, filing, and report generation related to admissions and operations.
- Coordinate with the finance department on fee collection, invoicing, and financial aid documentation.
- Manage inventory of office and admission supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Develop and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency across the admission and front desk functions.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the admissions and management teams.

**3. Front Desk & Reception Management**
- Efficiently handle a high-volume, multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Supervise and train junior front desk staff, ensuring consistent service standards.

**4. Property & Facility Management Support**
- Act as a liaison with property management vendors (e.g., cleaners, security, maintenance technicians) to ensure the facility is well-maintained.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify and report any maintenance, safety, or housekeeping issues.
- Manage access control systems, including key distribution for staff and visitors as needed.
- Assist in coordinating office moves, renovations, or setup for special events.
