Job title: CALIBRATION ENGINEER/ THERMAL VALIDATION ENGINEER

Education: - Diploma in mechanical / B.TECH in mechanical / B.TECH in EEE/ ECE

Job description:
Should have experience in pharma CALIBRATION/ THERMAL VALIDATION and ISO 17025

Authorize release of test report based on the client protocol & test methods
- Responsible for reviewing revisions, updates on parameters, protocols and regulations, etc. and circulating these to the concerned lab team
- Training calibration team as per updated, revised protocol received from clients
- Support team to develop capability on new test parameters as received in client protocol
- Training & Supervising the handling, operating and maintenance of equipments.
- Supervising preparation and maintenance of document as per requirement of ISO 17025
- To monitor NABL clients accreditation process & correlation activities
- Responsible for efficient operations of testing lab.
- Responsible for on-time delivery of documents.
- Responsible for development of new test methods required as per revisions and updates
- Seek approvals for revision of test reports, Invoices
- Ensure AMC/ CMC for test instruments, Calibration tools, standard reference materials are in place.
- Coordinate with QM/ Quality executive to respond and resolve customer complaints / claims, non-conformances and in the corrective and preventive action

Calibration of all type of instruments (Thermal, Mechanical, Electro-Technical, Mass & Volume and Dimensions, Acoustics ) as per company SOP

Knowledge on Calibration/ Validation Documentation

Operational Knowledge on G-Tek data loggers, Yokagowa data loggers, Testo (portable), Ebro (portable)

Handling of sites

Preparation of calibration certificates, Raw datasheets as per company's SOP.

working experience with NABL Accredited Laboratory is added advantage

Compulsory: Must have 2 wheeler with Driving Licence

Compulsory: passport compulsory
