**Position**: Lab Technician
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 Years
**Industry**: Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine laboratory tests, sample collection, and analysis as per standard protocols.
- Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure accuracy and quality in test results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with proper calibration and documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and infection control protocols strictly.
- Record and report results to medical officers and assist in diagnostics.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of lab consumables.
- Coordinate with medical and support staff for timely patient care.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab/hospital diagnostic setup.
- Proficiency in pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology lab work.
- Strong knowledge of lab safety and quality standards (NABL preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle lab operations efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiar with automated lab equipment and hospital information systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,260.27 per month
