Enquiry entry in CRM
- RFQ tracking and follow-up with sales executives for proper closure
- Post order processing i.e. internal sale order release and coordinate with other functions
- Coordinating with customer for post order activities i.e. payment follow up, billing, dispatches & logistics activities.
- Coordinating with marketing function for collateral preparations i.e. catalogs, photos & videos.
- Coordinating with customer for support activities for FAT & installation.
- To gather inputs from team about the project progress and updates to sales team / customers.
- Knowledge of CRM & sales process is an added advantage
- To be flexible to coordinate with internal team for processing
- Faster learning ability and understanding
- Self-motivated professional with carrier oriented preferred
- Habituated to a disciplined & systematic way of working, preparing well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
