Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to oversee and drive operational excellence across the group organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C&B. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical, people management, and execution skills to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for compensation, and benefits across all businesses
Maintain and update compensation dashboards, trackers, and workforce cost models.
Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in salary, benefits, and headcount data.
Assist in creating and updating compensation structures aligned to internal frameworks and market benchmarks.
Support annual and off-cycle salary review processes through analytics, budgeting inputs, and simulations.
6 Support workforce budgeting and forecasting, providing detailed cost analysis and salary projections.
Partner with Finance and HRBPs to ensure alignment of headcount and cost data.
Assist in compensation surveys, benchmarking exercises, and internal parity analysis.
Manage the HRIS projects pertaining to PMS, Budgets and Rewards
Contribute to projects related to benefits optimization, incentive design, and total rewards strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent professional qualification from Tier colleges
Prior experience in the retail sector or large multinational organizations preferred.
Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies, compensation surveys, and market benchmarking.
Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
Proficiency in Incentives re-design and supporting Payroll processes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of Progressive experience with a strong focus on Compensation and benefits
- Proficiency in HRMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and processes.
- Experience in vendor coordination and external partner management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical ability with expertise in HR MIS & reporting.
