**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality IELTS training programs to students aiming to achieve their desired scores.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized study plans.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover all four sections of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting their strengths and areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS examination trends, scoring criteria, and changes in the test format.
- Use a variety of teaching resources, materials, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to provide comprehensive guidance and support to students.
- Participate in training sessions, professional development activities, and team meetings as required.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer, with a successful track record of helping students achieve high scores.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate students.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with a range of teaching resources and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous overseas education or immigration consultancy experience is a plus.
- Certification as an IELTS Trainer or other relevant qualifications will be advantageous.

Joining Date: Immediate

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
