Score and Fly Overseas Consultants is a leading consultancy firm specializing in providing comprehensive guidance and support to individuals seeking to study abroad. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic IELTS Trainer to join our team and assist our clients in achieving their desired IELTS scores.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct IELTS training sessions:Plan and deliver effective IELTS training sessions to individuals or small groups of students.
Create a structured curriculum and lesson plans that cover all aspects of the IELTS exam, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate students.
Monitor and track the progress of each student, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

Provide individualized coaching:Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each student and develop personalized study plans to address their specific needs.
Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific areas of improvement and enhance overall performance.
Provide regular feedback on students' progress and areas requiring further attention.

Administer practice tests and evaluate results:Administer mock tests and practice exercises to simulate the actual IELTS exam conditions.
Evaluate and analyze test results to identify areas of improvement for each student.
Provide detailed feedback on test performance, highlighting strengths and weaknesses and suggesting strategies for improvement.

Stay updated on IELTS trends and changes:Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and changes in the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and assessment criteria.
Modify training techniques and materials accordingly to align with the evolving requirements of the IELTS exam.

Collaborate with the team:Coordinate with other consultants and trainers to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
Share best practices, resources, and teaching strategies to enhance the overall quality of IELTS training.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training individuals for the IELTS exam.
Familiarity with the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and assessment criteria.

Strong command of English:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Teaching skills:Proven experience in designing and implementing effective teaching strategies and techniques.
Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.

Interpersonal skills:Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish a positive learning environment with students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.

Organizational skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of student progress.

Passion for education:Enthusiasm for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
Motivated to stay updated on the latest developments in the field of IELTS training.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
