**We're Hiring: IELTS Trainer (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Online / Kurukshetra (if offline)
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years
**Minimum Band Score**: 7.0 Overall
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Who We're Looking For**:
We’re on the hunt for a **passionate, confident, and result-driven IELTS Trainer** who isn’t just skilled in teaching — but is also **camera-ready to create engaging educational content** for our social media platforms.

If you live and breathe English grammar, have a strong grip over **all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)**, and can **deliver offline and online classes like a pro**, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **interactive IELTS classes offline** (and online if required)
- Design personalized study plans and strategies for students
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback
- Create and deliver **grammar-focused workshops and sessions**:

- Develop mock tests and module-specific practice material
- **Shoot short-form content** (tips, myths, strategies) for Instagram, YouTube & Reels
- Collaborate with the team to improve curriculum and student outcomes

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of teaching experience in IELTS (online or offline)
- Excellent command over English grammar and vocabulary
- Must have scored **at least 7.0 overall** in IELTS
- Comfortable with **Zoom/Google Meet/Classroom tools**:

- **Confident on camera** — ready to shoot educational videos
- Creative, vocal, and a natural communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
