
Executive - Client Servicing

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Help Desk Management**:
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to their issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Query Resolution**:
- Resolve client concerns regarding policies, claims, and other health insurance services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries within defined timelines.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Claims Assistance**:
- Guide clients through the claims process, from documentation to settlement, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Proactively communicate claim status updates to clients.
- **Policy Education**:
- Explain policy terms and conditions, coverage details, and exclusions to clients in a clear and simplified manner.
- Ensure clients are well-informed about their benefits and entitlements under their health insurance plans.
- **E-card Support**:
- Assist clients in generating and distributing E-cards for their employees, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
- Generate periodic reports on client feedback and query trends to support continuous improvement.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy renewals and endorsements.
- Organize client awareness programs to educate corporate employees on the benefits of their health insurance policies.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Insurance preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the health insurance or TPA industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with health insurance policies, claim processes, and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
