
Performance Marketer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to effectively target ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Utilize A/B testing to identify and implement effective ad creatives and strategies.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and cost-per-acquisition goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
