Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key employees among National/ International Clients.
- Create plans to address National/ International clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with National/ International client to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help Business Development team up-sell or cross-sell services
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain Clients
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Background in IT Client service/ Handling ; IT industry knowledge is a plus
- A client-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

- Abroad Client Handling: 1 year (preferred)
