International Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Any graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.

Immediate Joiners preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- International voice process: 3 years (required)
