- Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup environment- Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues- Create and provide reports for backup and storage environments, related activities, and tasks- Create and update documentation for backup environments- Be an escalation point on all backup issues- Local and international projects internal career opportunities- Access to high class technologies- Providing level three DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed- Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment- Storage Array/NAS Performance Tuning- Requires expertise with the design, configuration, and administration, tuning, optimizing and troubleshooting for NFS/CIFS protocol on NetApp and EMC Isilon storage arrays- Understand and troubleshoot the SMB, NFS and CIFS shares networking protocols
