The Role

Backup Admin
- Installation & configuration of Tivoli Storage Manager Server on AIX, Linux, windows
- Troubleshooting failures on daily basis.
- Monthly media check in/check out on monthly basis.
- Tape library, Backup server health checks
- Updating of Media ID barcodes in register
- Working and closing VA, SCD gaps
- Daily dashboards need to share to Bank.
- Perform on Demand backup on request.
- Restoration as per the request from Internal Teams
- Define and manage retention policies, management classes and copy groups as per the request

Required Technical Skill Set
- IBM Tivoli I (TSM) Backup Administration

Non-Technical Skill
- Excellent Communication (Written / Verbal), preferred languages English / Hindi / Marathi
- Very good team player
- Possess “Can do “attitude with positive mindset.
