**Experience**: 2+ years in taxation, GST compliance, and accounts management in a manufacturing setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Taxation and GST Compliance**:

- Oversee and ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and annual returns.
- Manage TDS, TCS, income tax, and other statutory tax compliance.
- Conduct regular GST reconciliations to avoid mismatches.
- Stay updated with amendments in GST laws and implement necessary changes in processes.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for tax planning and compliance.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage cash flow and prepare periodic forecasts.
- **Audit and Documentation**:

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for tax audits and assessments.
- Liaise with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Address notices and queries from tax authorities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B. Com or M.Com or equivalent degree.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in handling GST, taxation, and financial management in a manufacturing setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports related to production, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data protection guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect and manage necessary information.
- Assist in compiling data for audits, compliance, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Organize and store documents systematically for easy access and retrieval.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
