**OVERVIEW**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research related to intellectual property matters using tools such as Westlaw.
- Assist in the litigation process by preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing cases and projects.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for protecting clients Intellectual property rights.
- Monitor deadlines for filings and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and necessary information for their matters.

**Skills And Qualifications**:

- **B. Com, BBA, BCA or any graduate.**:

- Proficiency in legal drafting with a strong understanding of intellectual property law principles.
- Familiarity with personal injury law, environmental law, patent law, workers compensation law, and litigation processes is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to utilize legal databases effectively.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.**:

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
