We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, your primary responsibility will be to assist healthcare professionals in documenting patient interactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of medical information.

**Responsibilities**:
**Documentation**: Work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans in a remote setting.

**Note-Taking**: Transcribe verbal dictation from medical professionals and accurately record patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

**Data Entry**: Enter medical codes, prescriptions, and other relevant information into the EMR system with precision.

**Communication Skills**: Maintain clear and effective communication with healthcare providers, ensuring understanding and accurate representation of medical information.

**Adherence to Privacy Regulations**: Strictly adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations (such as HIPAA) in handling medical information.

**Quality Assurance**: Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.

**Efficiency**: Work efficiently to keep pace with patient appointments, ensuring that medical records are up-to-date and reflective of the latest patient interactions.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any documentation gaps or clarifications required.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum of a Plus Two (12th grade) education with a degree in any discipline.

**Training**: Previous medical scribing training is required.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing medical information.

**Availability**: Flexible working hours to accommodate different shifts and schedules.

**Work Environment**: Access to a quiet and distraction-free home office environment.

**Internet Connectivity**: Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
