**Key Responsibilities**

- **Collaborate directly with Doctors to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.**
**- **Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in medical transcription.**
**- **Ensure clinical documentation meets the standards and guidelines required for compliance.**
**- **Assist in updating electronic medical records (EMR) in real time.**
**- **Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to different medical specialties.**

**Who We’re Looking For**

- **2-4 years of experience in medical scribing, preferably in a healthcare setting.**
**- **Previous experience working alongside doctors or clinical professionals.**
**- **A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory).**
**- **Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).**
**- **High standards of accountability, attention to detail, and accuracy.**
**- **A strong understanding of medical terminology and EMR systems.**
**- **Willingness to work night shifts from our office in Trivandrum.**
