**Post - Commercial Assistant**

**Location - Ahmedabad, SG Highway**

**Responsibilities -**
- Invoice preparation and processing with documentation in coordination with project teams and sending to concerned person for payment process.
- Sales and purchase invoice entries to be made in Tally on daily basis
- Prepare documents for advance bank guarantee and performance bank guarantee as per the instructions by marketing team.
- Sales report preparation and maintaining records
- Preparation and maintaining of purchase orders.
- Prepare the order on hand and supply sheet.
- Prepare the monthly shipment plan.
- Regular MIS updation and coordination with internal teams, branch offices and factory
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial or sales operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Capable of generating and analyzing sales, purchase, and financial reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
