**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and understand their clothing needs.
- Suggest suitable garments based on style, size, and occasion.
- Maintain knowledge of latest trends, fabrics, and store collections.
- Assist customers with trials and fitting room requirements.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per policy.
- Keep shelves, racks, and displays neat and well-stocked.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; fashion retail experience preferred.
- Good communication and friendly personality.
- Passion for fashion and good sense of style.
- Basic computer/billing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
