Responsible for the consumer proposition of brand and end to end brand management for all categories for Bronco 2 Responsible for establishing the footprints of the organization in construction chemical industry 3 Worked across 360 marketing such as New Products, Packaging Development & Launch, Market Research, and Brand Strategy designing and execution. 4 Responsible for crafting and implementation of the product and communication (ATL and BTL) strategy impacting the brand in the long-term and short term. Responsible for all marketing activations, initiatives, programs to influence brand strength, consumer preference 5 Increase awareness, trial and recall of the brand among the channel, influencer and consumer segment. 6 Work with sales and product teams to analyse performance; identify opportunities - evaluate alternate channels; promotions; incentives etc. to enhance sales and market share ; provide inputs for pricing and improving margins 7 Design/launch brand media campaigns (both traditional and digital) with creative agencies-brief concerned parties, manage creative inputs, and achieve right media mix.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
