**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and actively follow up with potential clients.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and guide customers through the project details and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance.

**Required Qualifications / Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the **construction or real estate industry**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards and based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
