**Lumen Atelier** is a leading architectural lighting solutions provider based in Indore. We offer premium lighting products from over 20 national and international brands, working closely with architects, designers, and developers to create customized lighting experiences for luxury spaces.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated **Project Sales Executive** to manage field sales, visit construction sites, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and owners. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, and end-to-end project coordination to promote and sell premium lighting solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit active and upcoming construction sites to gather project information.
- Meet with architects, designers, contractors, and property owners to promote Lumen Atelier’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to create custom lighting proposals.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to drive sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records of all visits, leads, and project stages.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in field sales, construction, lighting, or architectural products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and understand site/project drawings is a plus.
- Self-driven with good organizational skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travel within the city.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Day shift, Monday to Saturday
**Experience**: Sales: 2 years (preferred)
**Location**: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (required)
**Language**: English and Hindi (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
