Sales Executive

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
**1. Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet monthly and yearly sales goals for Bajaj motorcycles and accessories through proactive sales efforts.
**2. Customer Engagement**: Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right Bajaj products.
**3. Market Research**: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
**4. Lead Generation**: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, ensuring regular follow-ups.
**5. Product Demonstrations**: Conduct test rides and showcase product features to customers.
**6. Customer Service**: Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
**7. Collaboration**: Work with the sales and marketing team to drive promotions and dealership events.
**8. Field Sales Activity**: Travel within the assigned territory, visit customer locations, and conduct face-to-face meetings to close deals.
**9. Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. Submit regular sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Bajaj products (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office). Compensation:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
